Caustic Soda ( Sodium Hydroxide ) is used for heavy duty cleaning and degreasing , soap making and can be used to assist in unblocking drains. Caustic soda is highly alkaline, it can cause serious burns. Always use protective clothing including chemical resistant gloves and eye protection. If not experienced with using this product advice should be sought from a experienced user or the supplier. Never add water to the caustic soda pearl always add the caustic soda pearl to water otherwise a violent reaction may occur.
